One thing that I love about multilevel marketing businesses is they all have the knack of creating great excitement. End Procrastination In 10 Minutes

Have you ever had a day where you know what you want to get done and you just don’t do it?

It’s what I call the opposite of the nikey slogan of just do it. As I was on my journey creating my company I found myself putting off the important task that was going to get me to where I wanted to go. I would get frustrated at myself for not getting certain things done that I wanted to get done.

The question was do I have some mental block that keeps me from being all that I can be. Or have I just been use bad methods of getting things done. As I think of it, I really don’t have a method gettings thing done. I would write a to do list down and it would never be seen again.

So came up with a method for getting things done for me.

Here is an effective to get yourself to take action.

I call it the 10 ten minute rule.

1. I know this sounds silly be it works for me. I would tell myself to do it now. Do it now. Do it now. Almost like a chant.

2. I would take a timer and set for 10 minutes.

3. I would take 10 minutes and work on the task no matter how much I hated doing it.

4. I would make it a race to see how much I could get done in 10 minutes.

5. After 10 minutes I could quit the task If I so chose to do so. Or I could just set the timer for another 10 minutes and see how much more I could get done.

It was amazing how much you can get done in 10 minutes. I would more often than not see myself completing the task that I was putting of for weeks.

The reason why I think it works. I think once you get started on something you get momentum which makes it easier to accomplish that task.
